Very enjoyable birthday weekend. 2 x 21year olds, 2 x 18 year olds plus parents and grand parents.

We had a great week at the cottage with children and grandchildren. Everyone enjoyed it. The games table was a big success!
6 big ones, 4 little ones and various drop-ins.

A great spot for a big group. Plenty of room throughout and the garden space is excellent.
Ideal location for exploring Matlock and surrounding areas.
